Find out how we process mail in repairs, and how to get your device ready for a repair.
We like to keep things simple, see how we process your mail in repair.
Select your device and find your repair on the dropdown list. Then proceed with your booking and check out. On the checkout page, choose the mail in option. We'll then send you some details by email or text with how to proceed.
Once we've confirmed your repair you'll then need to package up your device. We recommend popping the device in a sturdy box and use plenty of bubble wrap to carefully secure your device. For smaller devices such as iPhones or iPod's we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery (covered up to £500). For larger items we'd recommend a courier such as DPD, UPS or Parcel Force.
If you'd like to book a collection instead we'd recommend a third party provider such as Parcel2Go.
After we receive your device we'll then diagnose your fault or confirm your chosen fault and then confirm this with you. If you're happy with the quote we'll then proceed with the repair. If not we can return your device with no inspection fee, you'll just pay the return postage fee.
Finally, once your repair has been completed we'll fully test your device to ensure your problem has been solved.
We'll then contact you to let you know your device is on it's way back to you fully sanitised using a secure delivery service.
